  • ALL employees (who have worked for you for one month or more) must by law be provided with a written statement of main terms and conditions within two months of starting. This must include 16 statutory defined points.
  • Recent changes to legal requirements mean that disciplinary & grievance procedures must be written and included. Also, the Disability Discrimination Act must be complied with by all businesses, regardless of size.
  • All businesses, regardless of size, must comply with Health & Safety law. Did you know that employers with five or more employees must have a written health and safety policy? (it is a criminal offence not to have one)

We can provide you with a low-cost solution to ensure that the basics are all in place. The secret is to reach the point that the law requires – and not to waste time and resources going further. The result is a straightforward, no nonsense, plain English documentation system. All we need is approximately one hour of your time to enable us to personalise your system.
